Another Dodgers FanFest — dubbed “DodgerFest” this year — has come and gone and served its purpose to perfection. No, I’m not talking about giving fans the opportunity to buy a tall can or Michelada at Dodger Stadium in February. What DodgerFest did was amp up the hype for the new season.

Not that the upcoming season needed much help. The Dodgers dropped $1.3 billion in commitments over the winter, landing baseball superstar Shohei Ohtani, and signing Japanese import and star pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto, among other massive additions.

Ohtani was the star of the show at DodgerFest on Saturday, making his first appearance in a Dodger uniform in front of fans.

I headed out to Dodger Stadium with a different mission though. I wasn’t there to hear what players had to say about the upcoming season.

Been there, done that.

I — really, I should say AllDodgers.com — wanted to hear from the fans that make 1000 Vin Scully Ave bump all summer long.

Armed with a camera and microphones, I found some folks and friends at the ballpark and asked for their predictions for the upcoming season.

  1. How many games will the Dodgers win in 2024?
  2. Who will be the team MVP?
  3. Who leads the team in home runs?
  4. And, in the best-of-seven World Series, how many games will the Dodgers need to be crowned champions in October?

Check it out and drop your predictions in the comments below!
